SUMMARY
Office Leads promote our Core Values by fostering a positive and collaborative work culture that aligns with Bud Clary’s mission and principles. They are responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a productive, organized, and efficient work environment. The role also involves assisting with onboarding new employees and supporting team members in achieving organizational goals. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

PAY
- $21 - $23 per hour depending on experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Prepares daily bank deposit including all credit card reconciliations and refunds
- Analyzes and audits all car deals for compliance
- Processes payoffs
- Maintains/cleans corresponding payoff schedule
- Verify/Process Toll Bills/Infractions
- Attends weekly CIT meeting with sales and finance
- Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures with Controller
- Itemizes and orders inventory of supplies and required forms
- Records retentions and disposals
- Processes employee expense reimbursement checks
- Assists with deal processing and title clerks
- Process titling and organizing of Courtesy Deliveries
- Analyze/Process Buy Center / Street Purchases paperwork
- Process dealer trades
- Cross-trains on all clerical desks
- Maintains a professional mannerism and appearance

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have acceptable driving record
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, MS Office
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum two years automotive office experience preferred but not required
