We offer up to $50 per flat-rate hour, guaranteed pay for your first 60 days, weekly cash spiffs, and paid Ford factory training.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose transmission and drivability concerns using Ford factory equipment, including IDS and FDRS
• Repair, rebuild, and replace automatic and manual transmissions
• Perform transmission services and related drivetrain repairs
• Program and calibrate transmission control modules when required
• Road-test vehicles and verify completed repairs
• Accurately document diagnostic findings, repairs, and warranty information
• Assist with engine, brake, suspension, and drivetrain repairs when needed
• Work closely with advisors and technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of transmission diagnosis and repair experience
• Ford dealership experience and certifications preferred, but not required
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic abilities
• Experience using factory scan tools and service information
• Ability to perform transmission removal, replacement, and internal repairs
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced shop
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position
