SUMMARY
A Car Biller manages the flow of car deals, vehicle receivables, contracts, sales commissions, and vehicle payoffs through the accounting office.

PAY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Finalize all deals daily to accounting. Reconcile gross profit for the sales department.
- Verify sales consultant commission on each deal.
- Maintain sales commission log for weekly payroll.
- Prepare trade in deal jackets, verify clear titles.
- Perform daily posting.
- Verify payment and proper receipt of payment on all deals before processing titles.
- Reconcile accounting schedules such as: rebate, service contract, new inventory, insurance, contracts in transit, factory incentives, we-owe, sales commission and vehicle receivables.
- Maintain car deal files/ scanning documents.
- Assist in completing all work so the month will be closed by the third working day of the month.
- Answer telephones in a friendly and personable manner, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Manage and oversee your processes.
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Basic financial knowledge and understanding skills.
- Accounting skills and knowledge are preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, MS Office (especially Excel)
- Must be highly organized.
