Bud Clary Ford of Longview is looking for an experienced, Ford-certified technician who can diagnose vehicles accurately, complete quality repairs, and produce at a high level. We offer up to $50 per flat-rate hour based on certifications and experience, plus weekly cash spiffs paid above and beyond your regular flat-rate earnings.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles according to dealership and factory standards
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
• Perform electrical, engine, drivetrain, steering, suspension, brake, and other mechanical repairs
• Use Ford factory diagnostic equipment and service information
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional safety or maintenance needs
• Communicate repair needs, parts requirements, and completion times with service advisors
• Document all diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and recommended services
• Complete warranty repairs and properly retain and tag required parts
• Road-test vehicles and verify repair quality
• Stay current on Ford technical service bulletins, procedures, and training
• Install factory and dealer-approved accessories when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all dealership, OSHA, environmental, and hazardous-material regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Current Ford certifications
• Previous Ford dealership technician experience
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical abilities
• Experience using Ford IDS, FDRS, and factory service information
• Ability to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Clear documentation and communication skills
• Dependable, productive, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements
